This mountain peak of 3,087 meters, is the highest of the Antilles. It is located in the Cordillera Central, between the J. Armando Bermúdez National Park and the José del Carmen Ramírez National Park.

The hike to Pico Duarte is an adventure that many foreigners and Dominicans make every year to enjoy a trip, walking or by mule, where you can see thousands of pine trees, exotic birds, crossing rivers and streams; making it an unforgettable experience.
